We develop applications ranging from small Microsoft Access databases for just a handful of users to large SQL Sever and Oracle applications with thousands of users. Do you need a small Access database? We have developed many databases for clients who are either on a budget and/or just have simple requirements. These low-cost projects generally last from a couple of days to a few weeks. We also perform contracts that span several months depending on our client’s requirements. PDF Forms

PDF forms are a great way to put all of your paper forms online. PDF Forms will allow your forms to be filled out online making them easier to read and duplicate. For example, most forms for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) are now available in this format because of the many advantages they provide. (Before using PDF forms, consider having us create a web page that puts the information directly into a database.

• Give us a hardcopy or electronic copy of your forms and we will create Adobe PDF forms that you can put on your website or email to clients. Once your client has downloaded the form, they can fill it out using their computer, print, sign and return.

Surveys

SCI will work with you to develop protocols for conducting surveys. We will also create effective scripts for use on the telephone to effectively solicit the information you need. We will typically create a custom database to do the data collection and provide the database when we are complete. The database may be Microsoft Access, Excel, or Oracle. Alternatively, we will provide a delimited text file if requested. Surveys may be conducted by any combination of telephone, web forms, or mail as needed.

We only do onsite training and so you can be assured that the training you receive will be tailored specifically for your needs.  You get to keep the manuals for future reference and attendees can call with questions after taking a class.
