How we charge for Services
We charge an hourly rate for most
services, however we always give estimates before any
work begins. We make it easy for you to estimate your
costs, scope and schedule so that there are never any
surprises by using one of two methods depending on the
size of the project.
Method 1: Small Projects
For small projects (less than a
couple weeks) we will typically have one or two meetings
to understand your requirements. From this, we will
outline all the things that we will deliver and the
estimated cost. You only pay for the time that is
actually spent on the project.
Method 2: Other Projects
For projects that will require more
planning and resources, we will typically break the
project into two major phases a requirements
gathering phase and an implementation phase. During
the requirements gathering phase, we will document
your requirements; generate solutions to meet these
requirements and estimates to actually implement these
solutions. Upon approval to continue work we will
then develop the system (Implementation phase). Again,
you pay only for the time that was actually spent
on your project.
Invoice/Accountability
Every invoice will be complemented
with a timesheet filled out by the professional(s) working
on your project. For each entry into the timesheet,
a brief description of what work was performed and what
was accomplished will be recorded.
Payment is due in 30 days unless
other arrangements are made.
