Sign in using Driver's License (No need for typing visitor's name!!!")
Simply pass the visitor's driver's license through the scanner to enter the visitor's name and even the visitor's picture if needed into the system. No typing! The visitor's badge can print immediately after that!
Quickly track down the person being visited (host).
If the host has an alternate contact, that person's
name will also print on the badge. Alternatively, at the click of a button you will have access to all
contact information of personnel in the host's department.

Print parking permits at the click of a button. Parking permits have bar codes that can be verified by foot patrol for authenticity. EntryPoint will prompt the visitor for the make, model, and tag number of car to create the parking permit.
You can now have verification of who authorized the visitor. When the host arrives to accept the visitor, the host will access all his or her visitors by using either a proximity card or biometrics. The host simply clicks a button to sign the visitor in or out!
If your business allows some visitors to have access cards, EntryPoint will keep track of these cards for you. You also have report to see all the cards that are out of inventory, who has it and who authorized it!
Run numerous reports from a graphical user interface. EntryPoint can also output data as a text file or as an Microsoft Excel file.
Smart Card, Biometrics, Barcode Technology
EntryPoint uses these technologies to make using the system as seamless as possible for visitors and staff. For example, EntryPoint uses bar codes on parking permits and badges to quickly check visitors in or out and to verify parking permits in the field.

Receptionists will only need 10 - 20 minutes of
training. Online help function is included but usually
